How much do you charge for domestic shipping and handling?shipping packages

We calculate shipping by weight, adding a small handling fee which varies depending on items in shipment and other details for each order. All statues are shipped free of charge. Shipping and handling charges for orders being shipped within the USA may be calculated at the time of checkout. When customers in the USA check out, they may choose either Standard Shipping (2 - 5 business days) or Express (1 - 2 business days).

We also offer a special Economy Rate for shipping books. If you have books in your order that weigh over 2 lbs., and you do not need to receive your shipment immediately, this is a good choice for shipping. Please be aware that with Economy Rate for Books, delivery generally takes longer than Carmelite, shipping for Standard Shipping: 3-12 days.

Please keep in mind that time frames above represent only the shipping times and do not include the time it may take to prepare your order for shipment. (See How long will it take to get my order? below.)

How much do you charge for international shipping and handling?

We calculate shipping by weight, adding a small handling fee, which varies depending on items in shipment and other details for each order. All statues are shipped free of charge. Shipping and handling charges for orders being shipped outside the USA vary by country. Simply use the shopping cart checkout to see the shipping options and charges for your country. When customers check out, they may choose either Standard Shipping (4 -10 business days) or Express (3-5 business days). Please keep in mind that these time frames represent only the shipping times and do not include the time it may take to prepare your order for shipment.(See How long will it take to get my order? below.)

Is my order insured?

Your order is insured if you choose from either the "Insured standard shipping" or "Express" shipping methods, or if your order is over $300.00.

How long will it take to get my order?

The majority of our items are in stock and will ship within a few days of placing your order. Some specialty items such as, certain statue sizes, special patron saint medals or rosary centerpieces, large framed prints, and 14-KT gold medals may not be in stock, and usually ship within 2 to 3 weeks. If your order is going to be delayed beyond that time or for any other reason, we will be sure to let you know. With some of our handmade items, like our rosaries, the speed with which you will receive your order does depend on how many other handmade orders we are currently working on. Also, current availability of some beads, crucifixes or center medals can sometimes be an issue. The vast majority of these handmade orders ship within three weeks of our receiving them. If you need your item for a specific date, we provide an area for you to let us know during the ordering process. We will always email you a confirmation of your on-line order to let you know approximately when your order will be shipped.

Returns

Do you guarantee your items? What about returns?

We have a 100% satisfaction-assured guarantee on our items for 30 days from the date of payment, 10 days on rings. We guarantee our items against defects in material or workmanship and will repair or replace any defective item. If you are not pleased with an item, or if it is defective, simply email us to let us know of the problem. Then mail the item to us. You may use either the original packaging or packaging that provides an equal degree of protection. We will happily replace the item or refund your money. Some items (such as rings) may be subject to a restocking fee. Please note, however, that custom rosaries and 14kt gold medals cannot be returned for a refund unless the item is defective upon receipt.
